Work Schedule

Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Days/Evenings. Hours are from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the East Madison Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and quality standards to prepare, bake and package a variety of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts.
• Safely and efficiently operate commercial baking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and follow safe food handling guidelines.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• Culinary training preferred
• Work experience: 1 year food production and/or bakery experience or equivalent culinary training and experience required
• Licenses & Certifications: ServSafe Certification preferred
