Who can apply
Ages 16+
What you'll do
- Cook and prepare food items, baked goods, and pastries for guests.
- Conduct baking and pastry production, including scaling, measuring, traying, rolling, baking, cooling, freezing, and general finishing.
- Adhere to established recipes and production guidelines, meeting all production requirements.
- Maintain inventories, including counting of ingredients, and establish order amounts to maintain required product levels.
- Adjust drafts or thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperature.
When you'll work
- Must remain active through October 26th to be eligible for bonus pay.
- Incentive will be paid out after November 1st.
