Baker

About the role

We are looking for a Full-time Baker to join our mission-focused team at Oryana. The position requires open availability and the ability to work with high quality, organic and local ingredients to produce a variety of baked goods that meet different dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Bake from scratch using organic and local ingredients
• Create delicious baked goods meeting diverse dietary requirements
• Contribute to the success of our growing Bakery department
• Work efficiently and independently, as well as part of a team
• Follow recipes and maintain attention to detail
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed
• Be available to work during holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently and contribute to team success
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Previous production baking or pastry experience
• Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Available to work during holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day

Qualifications

Experience in production baking or pastry is required.

Pay

$18.16 - $20.10/hour, experience considered.
