Become a Baker at Methodical Columbia! We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. This role involves preparing and baking a variety of baked goods to meet customer orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods to meet customer orders.
• Ensure all baked goods are fresh and meet high-quality standards.
• Follow food safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Handle inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and customers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients.
