About the role
The BCBA Clinical Director will lead the clinical team at Flywheel Centers, ensuring high-quality behavior analytic services are provided to all clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices in all clinical settings.
- Provide supervision and training to BCAs and other staff members.
- Evaluate client progress and make data-driven decisions to improve treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to supervisees.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from an ABACUS accredited program.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
- Experience leading and supervising a team of behavior analysts.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
