About the role

The BCBA Clinical Director will lead the clinical team at Flywheel Centers, ensuring high-quality behavior analytic services are provided to all clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices in all clinical settings.
• Provide supervision and training to BCAs and other staff members.
• Evaluate client progress and make data-driven decisions to improve treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the clinical director to develop and implement new programs and initiatives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to supervisees.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from an ABACUS accredited program.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a BCBA in a clinical setting.
• Experience leading and supervising a team of behavior analysts.
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
