About the role

Under the direct supervision of the Bakery Manager, the Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a high volume of bakery products in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This position prepares ingredients and bakery items for production, ensures products are baked consistently to meet quality standards, and performs related preparation, cleaning, and sanitation duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and kneeling; must meet visual and auditory requirements; position requires heavy lifting.
• A valid Food Handler Card or equivalent food safety certification is required.
