About the role
Dishwasher/Utility/Bake Assist Employee: No experience necessary. We will train the right person to be an awesome member of our team in a fast-paced and fun culture. This role washes dishes from the Baking and Frosting departments, keeps the bakery clean, and assists other departments as needed (scooping cake batter, flipping cakes, folding boxes, labeling containers, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Wash all pans and utensils from Frosting and Baking departments
- Clean bathroom(s)
- Keep walls, floors, shelves, and surfaces clean
- Clean refrigerator and cooler units
- Clean floor drains
- Empty trash and take to dumpster
- Assist Baker and Froster(s) with daily tasks
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Fold boxes and label containers
Pay
Starting pay is a minimum of $14.00 per hour. Additional compensation is available based on drive, ability to learn quickly, and desire to improve, including performance bonuses and other perks.
