BainBridge Navigation is hiring for a full-time, permanent Management Trainee position in Noida (Delhi), India.

About the role

This is a placement training program designed to prepare trainees for roles in top MNCs. You will receive training from experienced staff while performing duties across several departments, learning company policies, practices, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive training from concerned team members in addition to performing duties in multiple departments
• Learn staff functions, company policies, practices, and operations
• Set objectives and performance goals with your line manager
• Acquire knowledge of all standards, procedures, and methods required for departmental duties and performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to management trainees

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Management or Commerce
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and integrity
