Baggage Service Agent - BSO

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous experience working in an aviation environment, desired
• U.S. Customs Seal for access to CBP security areas
• Working knowledge of airport safety procedures
• Able to work shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis
• Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity
• Able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints
• Fluent in reading, writing, fluently speaking and understanding the English language

Qualifications

Requires physical ability to move baggage and cargo from aircraft, guide aircraft to and from their gates, and maintain detailed records of shipped goods.
