Job ID: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

• Provides services behind the counter: baggage handling, transfer of baggage and oversized transfers, and assistance in the processing and transport of passenger luggage.
• Guarantees the service to the client's airlines/airports in accordance with the contracts and within the agreed budget level.
• Complies with customer service skills as provided via training.
• Fully trained and familiar with the procedures behind counter management, aviation safety, security procedures, and safety procedures of Grupo Eulen.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of aviation experience.
• Must be able to lift 70lbs or more.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods of time.
• Be able to maintain customer service professionalism while under pressure and in a stressful environment.
• Must be able to read airline boarding passes.
• Always be professional in appearance and manners to passengers and any other person at the airport.
• Must pass all pre-employment requirements and those to obtain an Airport ID with a seal.
• Must have schedule flexibility for weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
• The ability to pass a drug test and TSA fingerprint background check.
