Rack Runner

About the role

Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is seeking motivated, team-building individuals for Part-Time and Full-Time Retail Associate Rack Runner positions at their Saginaw store.

Responsibilities

• Run 5 racks per hour, getting product into proper place and color
• Wares and Textiles processing while meeting stock and production goals
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store
• Provide excellent customer service with a smile

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry 35 pounds with or without help
• Able to reach, bend, or stoop
• Able to distinguish colors
• Able to stand for 6 to 8 hours a day
• Able to provide reliable transportation to work on time
• Pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor

Qualifications

Full-Time employees at 30 hours are eligible for Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Part-Time employees are eligible for Vision Insurance. Accrue one week of paid vacation. Personal Paid Time Off. Potential AFLAC Pet Insurance. FREE Employee Assistance Programs. Bi-Weekly Direct Deposit.
