Bag Machine Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dependable Bag Machine Operator to join our production team in Henderson, NV. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring bag-making machinery to ensure efficient production and top-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and run bag-making equipment per job specifications.
• Inspect finished bags regularly for correct sizing, seals, and overall quality.
• Load raw materials, films, and supplies into the machine.
• Resolve minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Keep the work area clean and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or bag-making machinery preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
