• Train and mentor Associates
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty
• Monitor productivity and coach as necessary
• Organize and rotate back stock
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards
• Maintain compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
• Communicate with management and Associates
• Provide and accept recognition and feedback
• Partner with Management on training needs
• Affordability and adherence to labor laws
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals
• Promote safety awareness

Who We're Looking For:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Team player, effective with peers and supervisors
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Able to train others
• One year retail experience and six months of leadership experience

Starting Pay Range:

$15.50 to $16.00 per hour
