Job Summary
Steel Sports is a Social Impact business committed to inspiring youth to reach their potential through the Steel Sports coaching system, "The Lasorda Way". Steel Sports operates multiple sports programs including Steel Soccer, Team Steel Baseball, and Team Steel Softball. This role includes opportunities for optional travel and collaboration with other professional coaches.
About the Role
The Indoor Facility Coordinator at Lasorda Legacy Academy will be the welcoming face of our indoor sports facility. Responsibilities include managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet all teams and players at the facility
- Manage and track facility usage
- Aid in scheduling of rentals, lessons, etc.
- Assist in capturing content for social media and marketing purposes
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational prowess
- A passion for sports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sports administration preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
