Room Service Coordinator
About the role
The Room Service Coordinator takes guest in-room dining orders, communicates special requests to the kitchen, and coordinates the delivery of orders according to Four Seasons Standards. They also answer the telephone using courteous, efficient telephone etiquette, describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests, and coordinate the delivery of items to the guestroom by Room Service Servers.
Responsibilities
- Takes guest in-room dining orders
- Communicates special requests to the kitchen
- Cheks completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order
- Coordinates delivery of items to the guestroom
- Anticipates guest needs, ensures satisfaction, and offers suggestions
- Responds urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Covers amenity deliveries by ensuring all requests are received, filed, ordered from kitchen, and delivered promptly
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred.
Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay
Hourly Rate: $23.35
Schedule
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
