Responsibilities

• Aid in researching the background screening process through outbound contact (calls and emails).
• Provide support to applicants undergoing the background screening process in a call center environment.
• Complete other daily tasks as assigned.
• Compose professional emails quickly and efficiently.
• Review and evaluate necessary documentation and information for the background screening process.
• Communicate with applicants via email and phone regarding their background checks and conduct further required research.
• Maintain and document detailed notes in the system regarding correspondence with applicants.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound call center environment.
• High volume production capabilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating computers and internal software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
