Backend/Full Stack developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and web applications.
• Build and maintain secure, well-documented, and versioned RESTful APIs.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability.
• Work with COE PM to Develop and execute change management plans for new features and process updates
• Create training materials, newsletters, and stakeholder communications
• Drive adoption through clear communication, enablement, and feedback loops

Qualifications

• Must have technical/functional skills in Python, Node.js / TypeScript, Java, and Go (Golang).

Pay

Salary Range : $70,000-$121,000 a year.
