Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Dependable and reliable, capable of working flexible schedules that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize those made by others.
- Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with strong numerical aptitude and proficiency in using calculator, computer, and other office equipment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
- Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies related to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
- Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
- Ability to perform other duties as needed.
