Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Dependable and reliable, able to work flexible schedule that changes with the business, including night, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize errors made by others.
• Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, maintain confidentiality, and ensure customer service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, clear and concise verbal and written communication, strong aptitude for numbers, and proficiency in using calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies related to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
• Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
• Ability to execute other duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.20 - $23.20 / hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications of the applicant.
