Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age; possess a high school diploma at a minimum with an associate degree in business or accounting preferred.
- Dependable and reliable, able to work flexible schedule that changes with the business, including night, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented to avoid errors and recognize errors made by others.
- Able to handle cash and security in the office area, prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports, maintain high levels of integrity and confidentiality, ensure customer service standards, and complete tasks correctly and on time.
- Discreet and trustworthy due to frequent contact with confidential material.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, clear and concise verbal and written communication, strong aptitude for numbers, and proficiency in using calculator, computer, and other general office equipment.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word, with knowledge of specialized bookkeeping or accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with professionalism.
- Maintain current knowledge of office procedures and policies related to cash reports, register checkups, deposits, and checks.
- Able to cover Administrative Coordinator absences and work weekends.
- Ability to perform other duties as needed.
