About the role
The Back Parts Counter Representative at Land Rover Annapolis, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is responsible for providing customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy. This position acts as the primary interface with retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees to sell the required parts and accessories.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy.
- Act as the primary interface with retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees to sell the required parts and accessories.
- Ensure Service Technicians have required parts readily available when needed.
- Maintain an unparalleled level of detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Focus on customer and Technician satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
- Strive to grow the dealership and your career by setting monthly and annual goals for the Parts Department with the Parts Manager and reporting on your progress.
