Back In Motion PT - Business Development Coordinator

Maintained Duties

• Maintain relationships with referring physicians
• Survey physicians on their needs and wants regarding outpatient physical therapy services
• Provide physicians and their support staff with up-to-date information about the company's results and innovative programs
• Make physicians and their staff aware of the clinic's location, access, staff members, and community outreach involvement
• Find new referral sources and build relationships to generate new business and referrals
• Organize and conduct events at the clinic, such as workshops where physical therapists can present topics to past patients
• Coordinate promotional materials and inventory stock

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related and applicable field
• Sales/business development experience preferred
• Experience working within a healthcare or physical therapy business preferred
• Experience working with workers compensation, auto, or personal injury cases preferred
• Comfortable with cold calling on physician offices
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
