About the role

Align Strategic is seeking experienced Account Executives to sell business growth products and solutions to CXOs in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling high-value products to senior executives in a competitive market with a short sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Sell business growth products and solutions to CXOs
  • Orchestrate custom business solutions with C-level executives and willful business owners
  • Build strong, long-lasting, profitable relationships
  • Excel at building value and closing new opportunities
  • Communicate value based on insights and understand, articulate, and offer value for prospects and customers
  • Work effectively without supervision but with team support
  • Be a dedicated sales professional motivated by the success of the journey as much as winning the deal
  • Communicate in every medium and be a forward-thinking social seller

Requirements

  • Strong hunting and prospecting skills
  • Excellent selling and closing skills
  • The ability to forge mutually profitable business relationships in person and over the phone/video
  • A strong desire to be coached and developed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in cross-selling and team selling
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CRM and pipeline management skills
  • Social selling skills

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work for a US employer
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Recent prior sales earnings of at least $80,000 in a variable compensation plan
  • Highly motivated self-starter, goal-oriented high performer
  • Experience with business process product sales, Fintech, commercial broadband sales, PEO, payroll, and recruiting sales is helpful but not required
  • No cap on earnings
  • Year 1 OTE range: $85-125K
