About the role
Align Strategic is seeking experienced Account Executives to sell business growth products and solutions to CXOs in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling high-value products to senior executives in a competitive market with a short sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Sell business growth products and solutions to CXOs
- Orchestrate custom business solutions with C-level executives and willful business owners
- Build strong, long-lasting, profitable relationships
- Excel at building value and closing new opportunities
- Communicate value based on insights and understand, articulate, and offer value for prospects and customers
- Work effectively without supervision but with team support
- Be a dedicated sales professional motivated by the success of the journey as much as winning the deal
- Communicate in every medium and be a forward-thinking social seller
Requirements
- Strong hunting and prospecting skills
- Excellent selling and closing skills
- The ability to forge mutually profitable business relationships in person and over the phone/video
- A strong desire to be coached and developed
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in cross-selling and team selling
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CRM and pipeline management skills
- Social selling skills
Qualifications
- Eligible to work for a US employer
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Recent prior sales earnings of at least $80,000 in a variable compensation plan
- Highly motivated self-starter, goal-oriented high performer
- Experience with business process product sales, Fintech, commercial broadband sales, PEO, payroll, and recruiting sales is helpful but not required
- No cap on earnings
- Year 1 OTE range: $85-125K
