B2B Product Specialist ( West Coast)

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on the company PWS Portfolio to Account Solutions Sales Teams
• Drive growth of PWS products through upselling and cross-selling
• Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations
• Support Direct Engage Sales Teams and Enterprise Customers
• Track sales progress through SFDC and manage the pipeline
• Achieve assigned PWS Revenue Targets
• Facilitate product trials and follow-ups with Enterprise Customers
• Support training and enablement for PWS products

Requirements

• 5-7+ years sales experience with End Customers and B2B channel partners
• Strong knowledge of personal work solutions including mice, webcams, and headsets
• Excellent sales and communication skills for product demonstrations
• Proven ability to build relationships with Account Managers and Channel Partners
• Strong collaboration skills for teamwork
• Must reside in key metropolitan areas with major airport access
• Formal sales and/or presentation training preferred

Pay

$130,000 – $230,000 annually
