Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales outreach
  • Prospect and develop leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across healthcare, hospitality, office, industrial, and educational facilities
  • Meet with decision-makers and present customized facility service solutions
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify client needs
  • Partner with operations teams to prepare estimates and proposals
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to expand market presence
  • Consistently manage and exceed sales goals and revenue targets
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship-building practices to secure long-term accounts

Qualifications

  • Preferred Experience: 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of generating new business and closing deals
  • Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage a sales territory
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Industry Experience: Preferred experience in any of the following industries is highly valued: Commercial cleaning or janitorial services, Facility services, HVAC, Landscaping, Paving, Property services, Building maintenance, Other business-to-business service industries
  • Estimating Experience: Is a Plus but Not Required
  • Territory: Detroit Metro Area and surrounding markets
