Responsibilities
- Develop multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social media, content marketing, webinars, events) to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Work cross-functionally with channel leaders to execute campaigns.
- Develop and implement a targeted and creative event marketing strategy to engage high-value accounts.
- We are growing our on-the-ground event presence and welcome creative experiential experiences.
- Oversee the optimization of the company's website to improve the B2B user experience and drive conversions.
- Leverage analytics tools to track and report on key metrics such as CAC, conversion, lead-to-customer, engagement, retention, revenue, spend, NPS, and much more.
- Know how and when to optimize for each metric and how to create dashboards to reflect these.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitive benchmarks to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.
Requirements
- Bring 6+ years running full-funnel growth for a B2B SaaS startup (specifically in healthcare or legacy industry).
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, bonus points for within the healthcare/RCM industry.
- Generate >$1 M ARR via campaigns you conceived, built, and optimized.
- Thrive in ambiguity, act before asked, and rarely need permission.
- Be an excellent communicator and approachable person.
Qualifications
- Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus.
