B-Pressure Welder

Rambler Fabrication is now looking to add a B-Pressure Welder to the team.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as; gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)Stainless steel, gas metal arc welding (GMAW), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and submerged arc welding etc.
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
• Assist with the maintenance and repair of welding equipment
• May adjust welding heads and tooling according to work specifications
• Mentor and train apprentices
• Must follow all company policies and procedures including Trotter & Morton's Health and Safety program
• Understand and follow company Quality Control Program
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements

• Experience with SMAW/FCAW/MCAW/GMAW/GTAW welding is essential, other welding experience is an asset
• Minimum 3 Years of experience in pressure piping / vessels / stainless steel welding and fabrication environment
• B-Pressure certification required
• Must possess a valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate with Interprovincial Red Seal in Welding is preferred
• Must have CSTS/ WHIMIS

Pay

Competitive pay rate of $48.30 per hour

Schedule

Work Schedule: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday - 6:00am to 4:30 pm
