Description Of Engagement

The Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT), partnering with the Minnesota Department of Administration (Admin), is seeking a vendor to provide resource(s) to support MMCAP and other Admin divisions. The resource(s) will provide IT project management support and day-to-day operational support of IT applications, as well as data storage optimization, database analysis, and Azure modernization support.

• Supply one full-time resource dedicated to supporting MMCAP.
• Supply additional resource(s) on an as-needed basis to support other Admin divisions.
• No guarantee of work for the as-needed resource(s).
• The full-time resource may also be required to support other divisions.
• The as-needed resource(s) may also be required to support MMCAP.
• Support internal/external employees as well as application, data, and connectivity issues.
• Potentially assist multiple divisions experiencing significant data storage challenges and technical debt.

Resource Need

• This request is for a single vendor to supply multiple resources to perform the services on an hourly basis as the needs of the engagement warrant.
• The vendor will supply one full-time resource as well as additional as-needed resource(s).
• The additional as-needed resource(s) will NOT be named in vendor responses to this posting and will not be evaluated as part of the contracting process.
• The as-needed resource(s) that the winning vendor provides during the engagement must each individually meet the As-Needed Resource Minimum Qualifications set forth in the Buyer Attachment (Tasks and Qualifications).

Interviews

• The State will conduct interview(s) with a short list of the highest scoring responder(s).
• The State will request that, at a minimum, the responders' proposed full-time (named) resource, the responders' Project Manager, and the responders' Staffing Manager appear for the interview.
• The State reserves the right to remove a responder from consideration if the responder is unavailable for interview as requested by the State.
• Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
