About the role

We’re looking for a friendly and organised customer service superstar to join the team as an Aztec Receptionist. You’ll be based at the heart of our resort, providing an outstanding service within a relaxing environment. Previous reception-based experience is essential, and previous experience working within a spa setting or similar would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of service to all customers using the Aztec Leisure facilities, including the Gym, Pool, and Spa.
• Greet guests and customers warmly, creating an instantly positive ‘first point of contact’ experience.
• Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional approach.
• Provide customer support for product knowledge, directing calls, diary management, taking bookings, assisting with customer show rounds, administrative tasks, cash handling, and bill processing.
• Clean, organise, and maintain the reception work area.

Pay

• £12.71 per hour (21+).
• £10.85 per hour (18–20).

Schedule

This is a full-time permanent role of 37.5 hours over 5 days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• Early shift: 6:30am start.
• Middle shift: usually 9am – 5pm.
• Late shift: 9:30pm finish.
