• Use up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
• Understand and follow hotel selling strategy based on room inventory
• Process changes and cancellations for group reservations
• Prepare group guest lists prior to arrival
• Dispatch guest requests to proper departments
• Follow up with departments and/or guests to ensure request completion

Operate PBX

• Answer incoming calls within 3 rings

Inform Guests

• Educate incoming guests about hotel amenities and services
• Inform guests about local community entertainment and restaurant venues
