AWS Support Engineering Lead (1141372)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and application health.
• Provide first-level and intermediate-level troubleshooting for application and infrastructure issues.
• Analyze alerts, logs, and performance metrics to identify root causes.
• Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations as per SLAs.
• Cookordination with L2/L3 teams for issue resolution and problem management.
• Perform routine operational checks and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot containerized application deployment issues.
• Monitor resource utilization and application availability.
• Aid with cloud infrastructure maintenance and environment management.
• Support and monitor AWS CodePipeline workflows.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and pipeline issues.
• Coordinate application releases and deployment activities.
• Validate successful deployment and rollback procedures.

SKILLs

• Experience with AWS - EC2, ECS, EKS, S3.
• Experience with CI/CD automation tools like CodePipeline.
• Shell scripting, Linux commands, Python Scripting, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring tools like Datadog.
• Experience with log analysis tools like Splunk.
• Experience with SSL certificate management.
• Experience with security-related operational activities.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Generative AI.

Pay

$120,000.00 USD Annually - $130,000.00 USD Annually
