Key job responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with customers
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services
  • Accelerate customer adoption
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, identify and bring specialists to assist when needed
  • Manage contract negotiations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Expect moderate travel

About the role

The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. You will be the leader of a cross-functional team, shaping the strategy for partners, professional services, and training/certification.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of technology/software sales experience (preferred)
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent (preferred)

Base salary range for this position is listed below.
USA, CA, Irvine - $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
USA, GA, Atlanta - $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
USA, IL, Chicago - $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
USA, MA, Boston - $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
USA, NC, Charlotte - $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
USA, NY, New York - $157,100.00 - $212,600.00 USD annually
