AWS Solution Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

• Part of Solution Team focusing on Enterprise Integration Solution, Design and POC of critical requirements
• Hands-on experience on solutioning and Design dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable Integration Systems and ESB like TIBCO, Integrations Solutions on AWS or any other iPaaS technology Platform
• Knowledge of selection of appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on customer requirements
• Knowledge of Open-source technologies for modernize AWS integration solution
• Knowledge of AWS API management and WAS iPASS technologies
• Experience on cost-control strategies and effort estimation
• Work with multi-stakeholder teams (Account, Sales, Customer etc) to become a trusted advisor for their most critical workloads that support digital transformation and journey to the AWS cloud.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience large scale modernization programs, large-scale integration platform modernization program, migrating from TIBCO middleware or other ESB Platforms to AWS cloud-native architecture
• Translate Business Needs into AWS Architecture Decisions
• Clarify non-functional requirements such as RTO/RPO, latency expectations, compliance needs, availability targets, and scalability goals
• Choose the Right AWS Services for the Workload
• Design for Availability, Fault Tolerance, and Scale
• Support Migration and Modernization

Technical/Functional Skills

• Use Proven AWS Patterns Instead of One-Off Designs
• Create architecture patterns rather than isolated services
• Highly available web applications: ALB, Auto Scaling, Multi-AZ EC2 or RDS, and S3
• Serverless backends: API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch
• Event-driven systems: SQS, SNS, and EventBridge
• Static website hosting: S3, CloudFront, and Route 53
• Disaster recovery topologies: Backup and restore, pilot light, warm standby, and active-active designs

$140,000-$175,000 a year
