The AWS Practice at Accenture is home to our deepest AWS experts and supports over 1,500 certified AWS architects across the company. As part of this team, you will join the AWS SWAT team—Accenture’s most talented AWS practitioners—responsible for the company’s most complex AWS projects and providing delivery capability for the Accenture AWS Business Group (AABG). AABG represents the deepest relationship Amazon Web Services has with any partner in the ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Mid-Market Direct Customers from the C-Suite to Area Leaders.
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients and AWS.
- Drive net new customer acquisition and scale the existing client base in the Accenture Mid-Market Direct segment.
- Coordinate closely with lead generation providers, solutioning teams, and Technical Architects.
- Engage with AWS and other partners at tactical and strategic levels across Sales, Solution Architect, and Partner Teams.
- Meet quarterly and yearly sales targets for the segment.
- Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business need and client requirements).
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience selling complex cloud solutions and/or DevOps consulting.
- Minimum 8 years of experience selling AWS and related services.
- Minimum 5 years of deep industry experience in one or more of the following: Financial Services, Resources, Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), or Health.
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing $500K+ ARR deals successfully.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years), or an Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.
- Preferred technical background in DevOps or Cloud.

Pay
Compensation varies based on location, role, skill set, and experience. Below are the annual salary ranges for this role by location:
- California: $122,700 to $187,800
- Cleveland: $122,700 to $187,800
- Colorado: $122,700 to $187,800
- District of Columbia: $122,700 to $187,800
- Illinois: $122,700 to $187,800
- Maine: $122,700 to $187,800
- Maryland: $122,700 to $187,800
- Massachusetts: $122,700 to $187,800
- Minnesota: $122,700 to $187,800
- New York: $122,700 to $187,800
- New Jersey: $122,700 to $187,800
- Virginia: $122,700 to $187,800
- Washington: $122,700 to $187,800
