This role requires being onsite 3+ days per week with the client in one of the following locations: Pennington, NJ, or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of innovative software features that align with project goals and client requirements.
• Analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize development processes and code quality.
• Mentor and guide colleagues to foster knowledge sharing and elevate team capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in custom software development.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Expert proficiency in Custom Application Development, Software Design Solutions, and Software Engineering.

Skills

• Modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Designing, coding, and enhancing software components.

Compensation varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Below are the hourly salary ranges for this role in various locations:
