AWS Developer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled full-stack developer with expertise in modern web applications, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices. This is a contract position based in Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern web applications within a Node.js environment.
• Build front-end applications using frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Design and implement APIs and microservices with Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with GraphQL and Supergraph (Apollo Federation) architectures.
• Implement cloud solutions, preferably AWS Serverless Architecture (Lambda functions, Step Functions), containers (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Write unit and integration tests, ensuring code quality, security, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Apply CI/CD practices and tools in development workflows.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Node.js development.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React or Angular preferred).
• Robust Java full-stack development background, including building APIs/microservices with Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Supergraph (Apollo Federation) architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), preferably AWS Serverless Architecture (Lambda, Step Functions), containers (Docker), and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests and ensuring code quality, security, and observability.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Python experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$58.33 - $63.33 per hour.

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
