Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an AWS Cloud Solution Architect. This is a full-time/direct hire position with Innova Solutions, and it is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures to support business and technical requirements.
• Configure and manage AWS networking components such as VPC Peering, Direct Connect, Route 53, and Load Balancers.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM policies, encryption, KMS, and compliance standards such as HIPAA and GDPR.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform for automated provisioning and deployment.
• Support DevOps initiatives through CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and container orchestration platforms including EKS and OpenShift.
• Plan and execute cloud migration projects, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and application modernization strategies.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments using CloudWatch, X-Ray, Trusted Advisor, and other AWS monitoring tools.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python or Node.js to improve operational efficiency.
• Design and deploy serverless solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Apache Airflow.
• Optimize cloud costs through effective utilization of AWS pricing models, including On-Demand, Reserved, and Spot Instances.
• Implement disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability solutions, including Multi-AZ deployments and failover strategies.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to align cloud architecture with organizational goals.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and best-practice guidelines for cloud environments.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, EventBridge, and AWS B2Bi (EDI Generator).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional) certification preferred; AWS DevOps Engineer or Security Specialty certifications are a plus.

Pay

$135,000 - $145,000 per year.
