About the role

Ellie Mental Health is seeking fully licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, and/or Ph.D./Psy.D.) to join our team. Located in Hollywood, FL, we offer a supportive environment with centralized support for inquiries, intake scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance credentialing, and claims processing.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to company policy.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance our mission of improving access to quality outpatient mental health care in Florida.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session as per company guidelines and protocols.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, Psy.D.) in the State of Florida.
  • Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to establish and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, especially if telehealth is involved.
