About the role
Ellie Mental Health is seeking fully licensed therapists (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, and/or Ph.D./Psy.D.) to join our team. We are located in Hollywood, FL, offering centralized support for inquiries, intake scheduling, client/therapist matching, insurance credentialing, and claims processing.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including diagnosis reviews, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Full/unrestricted clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, Psy.D.) in the State of Florida
- Experience with psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Able to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Adept at learning and navigating Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week
