Role Description

The Awards Program Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for entrants, jurors, and partners, responding to inquiries, providing clear information, and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the awards process. Additional responsibilities include assisting with jury scheduling and logistics, preparing documentation and communications, and supporting event coordination leading up to the Winners Celebration. The role requires proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure the program runs efficiently and aligns with the organization’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in the field of advertising.
  • This role has significant research and prospecting – candidate will need to have a finger on the pulse of industry trends and great creative.
  • Program Management and Program Development skills to coordinate awards timelines, processes, and improvements.
  • Project Management skills to organize tasks, track progress, and meet key deadlines across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with entrants, jurors, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong time management and organization skills.
  • Comfort using online platforms and tools for data entry, CRM, scheduling, and virtual meetings.
  • Experience in events, awards programs, or creative/advertising industry coordination is beneficial.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information, entry data, and official communications.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

  • Salary: $55K with overtime
  • Medical & Dental Insurance
  • 401k
  • Three Days Per Week in Midtown Office
