General Summary
The Treasury Management Workflow Assignment Team Lead oversees the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Management Workflow team, ensuring the delivery of superior customer service and quality implementation of Treasury Management products and services. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Essential Functions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Management Workflow team, including pre-review of implementation requests for various Treasury Management products and services.
- Mentor and train Treasury Management Workflow team members.
- Develop written procedures and guides for the Workflow Assignment team, as needed.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, managing to deadlines.
- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure SLAs are met for client satisfaction.
- Assist manager in providing guidance and direction to staff, including goal setting, training, and development.
- Pre-review implementation requests and assign work to ensure workloads are balanced and SLAs are met.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the department manager in other functions.
- Aid in the pre-review of implementation requests, as needed.
- Ensure processes meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Maintain logs, volume activity charts, records, and provide management with requested statistical data.
- Serve as backup to other Department Team Leads.
- Mentor and train Treasury Management Workflow team members.
- Assist in staff hiring, coaching, and counseling.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience: AVP 3-5 years, VP 5-7 years of Treasury Management Workflow Assignment or related experience.
- Experience: Knowledge of banking products and services with an emphasis on Treasury Management products and services.
Skills/Ability
- Proven professional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
- English proficiency, bilingual Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus.
Other Details
- Payscale: AVP $91,300 – $96,200 / year, VP $110,000 – $122,000 / year, pay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
