Responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnerships across Small CL to align business strategies with data needs
- Integrate and simplify data science to enhance risk selection and improve decision-making
- Lead deployment of predictive models and AI solutions to optimize underwriting practices
- Expand offshore data science capabilities for cost-effective analytics solutions
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure cohesive execution of analytics initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance or related fields
- Actuarial, data, or analytics certifications preferred
- Extensive knowledge of underwriting methodology and pricing principles
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders
