AVP Technology Delivery & Release Management

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team for requirements management, release management, and project execution
• Partner with senior leaders to prioritize initiatives and align technology investments with business outcomes
• Own and improve the release management function including planning, governance, and risk management
• Establish standardized release management processes for enhanced delivery predictability and quality
• Serve as a trusted advisor, converting technical concepts into relevant business insights
• Gather, prioritize, and validate technical and functional requirements for strategic initiatives
• Lead complex technology projects through implementation and operational transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years in technology delivery, project/program management, or related leadership roles; 5 years in a senior role
• PMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or equivalent certifications preferred
• Experience in implementing enterprise release management frameworks and governance models preferred
• Strong knowledge of Agile SAFe 6 and traditional project management methodologies
