Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams to ensure quality assurance and operational efficiency
• Oversee delivery operating models and ensure execution excellence
• Manage technology strategic execution roadmaps and key initiatives
• Control technology budgets, vendor resources, and internal staffing
• Foster relationships with strategic vendors and oversee contract performance

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading complex technology ecosystems or platform assurance
• Proven success in managing teams at scale in regulated industries
• Deep experience with strategic SaaS vendors and large-scale system integrations
• Strong understanding of quality engineering and architectural governance
• Exceptional executive presence and capability to lead horizontally across organizations
