Responsibilities

• Guide divisional technology investments and workforce planning
• Establish and oversee quality and delivery governance across platforms
• Manage budgeting and resource allocation for technology teams
• Drive metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
• Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic vendors

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading complex technology ecosystems or platform assurance
• Proven success in highly regulated industries and matrixed organizations
• Deep experience managing strategic SaaS vendors and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering and architectural governance
• Exceptional executive presence with a horizontal leadership capability
