Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of professional and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using a variety of recruiting tools, networking, and sourcing techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Cook up interviews, gather hiring team feedback, and manage the offer process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system (ATS) data while ensuring compliance with hiring best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of a degree
• 8+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$90,000 - $105,000 Base + Bonus
