Responsibilities
- Oversight of talent acquisition processes and workflows to ensure timely and effective sourcing and selection of talent.
- Ensuring compliance, data integrity, reporting, and related metrics.
- Building partnerships and sourcing for hard-to-find skill sets.
- Leading initiatives to optimize the day-to-day function of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Managing recruitment for leadership roles across the organization.
- Supporting projects designed to streamline and improve processes within the Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years’ progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with direct experience managing sourcing and selection of talent.
- Financial services industry experience preferred; experience recruiting across multiple domains (Finance, IT, Sales) required.
- Successful experience managing internal clients across multiple lines of business and a geo-dispersed workforce.
- 1–2 years’ experience leading teams, including resource allocation, performance management, and talent development.
- Experience defining processes and implementing workflows.
- Strong compliance orientation and experience implementing quality measures and controls.
- Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
- Experience managing ATS platforms; UltiPro/UKG experience a plus.
Qualifications

Pay
The hiring range for this position is between $145,000.00 and $160,000.00. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
