Responsibilities

  • Oversight of talent acquisition processes and workflows to ensure timely and effective sourcing and selection of talent.
  • Ensuring compliance, data integrity, reporting, and related metrics.
  • Building partnerships and sourcing for hard-to-find skill sets.
  • Leading initiatives to optimize the day-to-day function of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Managing recruitment for leadership roles across the organization.
  • Supporting projects designed to streamline and improve processes within the Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years’ progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with direct experience managing sourcing and selection of talent.
  • Financial services industry experience preferred; experience recruiting across multiple domains (Finance, IT, Sales) required.
  • Successful experience managing internal clients across multiple lines of business and a geo-dispersed workforce.
  • 1–2 years’ experience leading teams, including resource allocation, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience defining processes and implementing workflows.
  • Strong compliance orientation and experience implementing quality measures and controls.
  • Knowledge of federal/state employment laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing ATS platforms; UltiPro/UKG experience a plus.

Qualifications

Pay

The hiring range for this position is between $145,000.00 and $160,000.00. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
