AVP, Regional CFO - Medicaid

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior financial advisor to regional Market Presidents
• Drive achievement of financial objectives across the portfolio
• Influence business decisions related to growth and investments
• Identify financial risks and lead proactive mitigation efforts
• Ensure financial insights drive measurable performance improvement
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Market CFOs
• Establish accountability for financial outcomes across markets

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in finance or related roles
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, insurance, or financial services
• Proven leadership managing teams and transformation initiatives
• Deep expertise in finance planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership

Pay

$157,800 – $363,936 annually
