About the role
This is a player-coach role leading loan documentation, closing, and funding for complex commercial loans. Oversee loan documentation + compliance, Review complex loan structures (construction, ABL, international), Manage closing + funding process, Lead and develop a team of 35 staff, Ensure regulatory compliance + accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable): LaserPro experience (REQUIRED), 6+ years in banking / loan administration, Strong commercial loan documentation + closing, Experience with: Complex loans (construction, ABL, international), 3+ years supervisory experience, Knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Nice-to-Haves: International trade finance exposure, Experience reviewing attorney-prepared documents, Strong process improvement mindset, Experience managing SLAs / turnaround times
