AVP Lending

About the role

The role involves managing lending operations, including loan underwriting, processing, and servicing. The candidate will work closely with clients to assess creditworthiness and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite loans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies.
• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on loan status and answer questions.
• Manage and maintain loan files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to loans and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lending or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
